Macaroni Kid Cedar Falls-Waterloo reaches thousands of families in Eastern Iowa each week - with that number growing every day. We are proud to offer parents a free, one-stop-shop filled with all the events and activities that the Cedar Valley has to offer. After having numerous parents ask us about seasonal camp options, we decided to create a yearly resource for parents where they can see the best of what is available and feel confident about where they spend their money and send their children.
Be sure to check back often as camps will be continually added throughout the Spring and Summer. We hope that you find our guide to be a valuable resource as you plan your children's adventures this summer. As always, please call ahead before visiting any event or venue as things can change without our knowledge.

The Coe College football program will be hosting TWO Youth mini camps for children entering grades 3rd - 7th:
June 25-26, 2024 from 9:00AM-12:00PM each day
July 23-24, 2024 from 9:00AM-12:00PM each day
This 2 day mini camp will feature individualized instruction from the Kohawk coaching staff and players.
About The Camp
Our goal is to have a lot of fun while teaching the fundamentals and drills for multiple positions. It will be a high energy camp, with a lot of competitive games, instruction and teamwork.
Cost: $65
Location: Clark Field - On the Turf, located on the Coe College Campus.
Camp Fee Includes Camp t-shirt, and FREE admission ticket for the camper to a regular season 2024 Coe home football game.
What to Bring
Proper shoes, football cleats preferred but not required, athletic clothes (t-shirt and shorts), sunscreen, football if you have one (please mark), personal water bottle - water and gatorade will be provided.

Registration is now open for 2024 Summer Camps!
The Grout Museum District (GMD) in Waterloo, Iowa, is offering summer camps for children ages 6-13, beginning in June and running through August of 2024.
Summer Camps are week-long, held from 9AM-4PM Monday through Friday, and run from June-August. Camps are $160 for Museum members and $170 for non-members. Extended care is also available for families in need of early drop off or late pick up for an extra fee.

In My Chee Era (for ages 6-12 years old)
Date and Time: June 11th - June 12th from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Cost: $75.00
Description: Come join us for a Swiftie inspired Summer Camp at TNT Cheer! This is a 2 day camp for children ages 6-12 years old. Attendees will spend the 2 days of camp playing games, making friendship bracelets, and of course cheer! There will be a short showcase of what was learned on the final day of camp at 12:00 PM. ** All attendees will receive a special TNT Cheer Eras shirt.
Cheer 101 Session 1 (for ages 3-5 years old)
Date and Time: June 17th - June 19th from 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM

Description: A 3 day cheerleading camp where athletes will learn how to jump, stunt, and tumble! Various games, fun activities will be done throughout the 3 days of camp. Athletes will also learn a short routine that will be performed on the last day of camp. All athletes will receive a TNT Shirt.

Description: Embrace your inner hero at our Superhero Summer Camp at TNT Cheer! This is a 2 day camp for children ages 5-10 years old. Attendees will spend the 2 days of camp playing games, making a cape, and working on their superhero moves.

Description: We are bringing it way back with our Dino Bash Summer Camp at TNT Cheer! This is a 2 day camp for children ages 4-8 years old. Attendees will spend the 2 days of camp playing games, doing some Dino activities, and exploring like the Dino's did!
Beach Bash (for ages 6-12 years old)
Date and Time: July 24th - July 25th from 9:00AM - 12:00PM

Description: Who is ready for some summer fun with our Beach Bash Summer Camp at TNT Cheer! This is a 2 day camp for children ages 6-12 years old. Attendees will spend the 2 days of camp playing games, doing a water activity (weather pending), doing a craft, and of course cheer! There will be a short showcase of what was learned on the final day of camp at 12:00 PM. ** All attendees will receive a special TNT Beach Bash shirt.
Barbie Cheer (for ages 3-5 years old)
