The Waterloo Center for the Arts will begin its summer outdoor movie series!
Families can also engage in fun activities provided by the Phelps Youth Pavilion. Admission is FREE and food and beverages will be available for purchase at the concessions stand and also from local vendor, Sweets ‘N’ Teas.
