The Friday Loo Summer Concert Series kicks off Friday, May 27th from 5:30pm to 9:30pm at Lincoln Park in Downtown Waterloo.
“Friday Loo is one of the community’s favorite summer events and the planning committee has worked hard to put together a diverse line up of music, themes, and food that appeals to everyone,” said Main Street Waterloo executive director Jessica Rucker.
Kicking off the season is Throwback Jack. They will be playing classic country tunes from the 1990's and earlier. Grab your friends and enjoy a fantastic night out! Friday Loo’s theme Country Night will be paired with great live music and a new addition of country themed activities to participate in.
Food trucks are a favorite part of Friday Loo and you can be assured, you won’t go home hungry. An excellent line-up of food vendors including: Jim’s Smokin’ the Wheels on the Grill BBQ, Hungry Charlies, BBQ Brazil, Kona Ice of Central Iowa, & Tu Wayy Catering - there’s something for everyone!
