I had been receiving the Macaroni Kid newsletter for a while, but never realized all of the cool features the newsletter and site have to offer! Some of my favorites are listed below and on my blog:
My Macaroni button on the www.cedarfalls.macaronikid.com website lets you add the events you are interested in from the weekly newsletter to a pdf that you can save and/or print. Simply click on “+ Add to My Macaroni” under your favorite events in the newsletter or on the site to add them to your personalized calendar.
Add events to your Google Calendar. Just click on this option under each event listing.
Calendar feature (at the top of the site) lets you see the whole month at a glance in calendar form.
Advertise – Share your local business on the newsletter and website for our community to see. Email me for details at emilyp@macaronikid.com.
Read previous issues of the newsletter by clicking on “Past Cedar Falls News” on the left side bar on the website.
Others may be looking for local events to do with their families… share Macaroni Kid with your friends and family! The bigger we get the more features and giveaways we can offer!
